HOCELL Premium Hydrogen Generator
HOCELL Premium is a hydrogen generator and hydrogen water generator designed and manufactured in Poland. The device produces a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen (HHO gas) for inhalation and can also be used to prepare hydrogen-enriched water.
The generator uses PEM electrolysis technology. It requires only electricity and HOCELL ultrapure water to operate – no additional chemical reagents. With an output of up to 1200 ml of gas per minute and continuous operation, it is suitable for both home and professional practice settings.
HOCELL Electrolyser Technology
The HOCELL electrolyser combines industrial-grade components with a proprietary system designed to maintain optimal operating conditions.
Reinforced PEM membrane from South Korea – an industrial-grade membrane designed for water electrolysis and long-term operation. Its reinforced construction provides greater mechanical strength and stability than typical unreinforced membranes.
Titanium electrodes – porous titanium and titanium felt. Titanium is highly resistant to corrosion, while the porous structure increases the active surface area and promotes uniform electrolysis.
Platinum and iridium catalysts – precious metals used in advanced PEM systems. Platinum supports hydrogen production, while iridium supports the reaction on the oxygen side.
A complete system, not just a membrane – the membrane, catalysts, electrodes and other layers work together. Their correct integration is what delivers stable gas production and a long service life.
The stated service life of the electrolyser is at least 12,000 hours. The electrolyser does not stop working after this period – with clean water and regular servicing, it can continue operating for considerably longer.
Active Electrolyser Protection and Safety
HOCELL produces gas while also protecting the electrolyser against damage.
Soft Start – gently starts the electrolysis process.
Ion-exchange filter – provides additional water purification.
Water quality monitoring – if water parameters are unsuitable, the device responds before the electrolyser is damaged.
UV lamp – helps keep the entire circuit clean.
Temperature, pressure and gas flow sensors – a microprocessor continuously monitors operation and responds to irregularities.
Actual output measurement – the display shows the actual amount of gas being produced, rather than just the set value. This allows the condition of the system to be monitored throughout its service life.
Pilot Study at AWFiS in Gdańsk
Inhalation of gas from the HOCELL generator was evaluated in a pilot study at the Gdańsk University of Physical Education and Sport (AWFiS). The study examined the safety of inhalation and its effects on blood and immune system parameters.

effects on the immune system,
the body's inflammatory response,
red blood cell parameters,
cardiac muscle strain during extreme physical exertion.
The study results confirmed the safety of inhaling gas from the HOCELL generator.
